I'll keep this section very short. Its simple and cut and dried. Our promise is this:

• WE guarantee to stay with YOU until you are smokeless tobacco free or until you don't want us with you anymore.  Simple as that.

• Do we promise to cure you of nicotine addiction? Of course not! No one in this world can promise that. You will be responsible for quitting. We will lead you but you have to do it. That is the reason for the promise above.

If you succeed the first time with no slips...great! If you fall back into the trap of chewing or dipping, we will be here for you.

There is no condemnation here. This is a site of brothers and sisters.

We stand up for one another.  We stand by one another.  We care about one another.

What this means to you is:

• Once you have Quit, the web site and forum are still open to you to help you STAY quit.

• If you slip, we will be here to listen and try to help you find out what happened.

• Slips are usually caused by sleeper triggers that we failed to identify.

• When you joined this cessation program, you were given a lifetime membership.
